How do I return an item?
You may return new and unused items in the original packaging within 30 days for an exchange or a refund less all shipping fees incurred. All Shipping and Handling fees are non-refundable unless merchandise is defective.
If you are returning merchandise that is defective you may get either a refund or a replacement with no additional shipping fees. Refunds/Replacements are processed when merchandise is received by our company.
Since settings differ between many 3D printers, we ask you visit our website Technical Info section on recommended settings and troubleshooting.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund or replacement more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
